PayPal is an easy way to make purchases on BoxLunch.com and in stores. Our Customer Service team cannot process PayPal orders. PayPal is not accepted for pre-order items. Please contact our Customer Service team with any questions.


How to make a PayPal Purchase

Paying Online

Select PayPal as your payment option when you’re checking out. You will be redirected to PayPal’s website. If you are already a PayPal customer, you’ll be prompted to log in and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you’ll need to create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Once confirmed, you’ll automatically return to boxlunch.com. Paying In-Store

Tap the QR code icon, then tap “Show to Pay”. Scan the QR code. Confirm payment if prompted. You’re good to go. A mobile device with internet access and PayPal account and app are required.


Returns

For returns by mail, you can use our self-serve return form. Fill out the fields on the return form provided with you order. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed return form. Do not tear off the bottom of the invoice. We need the entire form to identify the order. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage. You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item. Allow 2-4 weeks for processing and up to 7 business days to receive your credit. Orders purchased with PayPal/Venmo as payment option can now be returned in stores.

Shipping & Billing Address

The shipping and billing addresses on your PayPal account must match the shipping and billing addresses on your boxlunch.com order. If the shipping and billing addresses in your PayPal and BoxLunch accounts do not match, your payment will not be authorized. Always double-check your shipping and billing address in PayPal.

Q: Can I split the payment for my order between PayPal and another form of payment?

A: Sorry, no. If you're using PayPal, you won't be able to use any other form of payment on that order.

Q: Why isn’t my PayPal payment going through?

A: Please contact PayPal’s customer service, as there are times when they block payments from processing.

Q: Do I need a boxlunch.com account to use PayPal?

A: No, you can use PayPal as a payment option without having an account.

Q: Can I use PayPal for international orders?

A: Yes! We accept PayPal for international orders.

Q: Can I add items to my PayPal order once I've submitted it?

A: No, but you can always place another order.

Q: If I return merchandise, how long will it take to receive my PayPal credit?

A: Returns can take up to 7 business days to process once received. The refund is issued once the return is processed.
