HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: All purchases made between November 1, 2024 - December 24, 2024, can be returned in stores or via mail through January 31, 2025.
We hope you’re happy with what you’ve ordered, but if there’s an issue or you don’t love your order 3000, return your item(s) to the nearest BoxLunch Store (please make sure that your item is returnable to store) or return by mail below:
For international returns, please use the self-serve return form—it’s easy! Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. All clearance items purchased on BoxLunch.com are final sale and cannot be returned.
Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to return your item(s). Once your return has been received please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and 3-7 business days to receive your credit. BoxLunch is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Merchandise purchased with a credit card or gift card can be returned at your local BoxLunch store if you have your order confirmation.
Returning by Mail
If you have an order number, you can easily use our self-serve return portal (for international returns, please use the self-serve return form).
Fill out the fields on the return form that was provided with your order. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed return form. Do not tear off the bottom of the invoice. We need the entire form to identify the order. Fill out the fields on the return form that was provided with your order. Use the pre-authorized return shipping label provided and drop off to any UPS store. BoxLunch is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You will not be reimbursed for original or return postage. Once your return has been received please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and 3-7 business days to receive your credit.

Returning to BoxLunch Stores
All returns (refunds) must be accompanied by the original receipt and may be returned to any BoxLunch location. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaged and ticketed, unused, and resalable condition. All clearance purchases are final sales. Find a Store.
- •Merchandise refunds are valid within 30 days of purchase; collectible figure, bag and backpack refunds are valid within 7 days of purchase.
- •Defective merchandise will be refunded within 90 days of purchase.
- •All refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
- •If you do not have the original receipt or original purchase date is greater than 30 days, we will be happy to issue a gift card credit at the current selling price.
- •If you do not have the original receipt, we will collect your first and last name, as well as your phone number, to complete your return.
- •Bulk Purchases may not be returned and are final sale. Bulk purchases consist of greater than four (4) bags or backpacks total or greater than five (5) of any other merchandise SKU; click here for more details.
Exchanges
Sorry, we do not offer exchanges. Call us at 855-463-3646 and we’ll start a return for you, or visit your nearest BoxLunch store to begin a return. If you have an order number, you can easily use our self-serve return portal (for international returns, please use the self-serve return form)
Merchandise Exceptions
Beauty: Makeup / Fragrance - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Candy and any other consumable products - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Bags & Backpacks: Can only be returned within 7 days of purchase (in-store) and 7 days of receiving item (online).
Clearance - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Collectibles: Blind Merchandise - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Collectibles: Funko - If you are attempting to return a Funko POP! Figure, here are some things you need to know. POP! Figures are mass-produced. As a result, minor variations occur during the manufacturing process. These variations can include slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it isn’t always the case.
Collectibles: Can only be returned within 7 days of purchase (in-store) and 7 days of receiving item (online).
Collectibles: Funko - No returns on styles with chase variants.
Electronics - Cannot be returned if opened.
Fashion Masks, Face Masks, Bandanas - All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Gift Cards - Cannot be returned.
Shoes - Returns are accepted only via mail.
Vinyl Records / CDs - Cannot be returned if opened.
Refunds
We'll process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse. Depending on the bank’s policy it can take up to 7 business days if in the U.S. and 14 business days if international, from the date of the order cancellation. You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage. Shipping surcharges are not refundable at this time. To learn more about shipping surcharges, check out our Shipping FAQs.
If you have purchased any products pursuant to a buy one-get one free (BOGO) promotion, you will need to return the paid-for product to receive a refund. If only the promotional (free) product is returned, we will not be able to provide a refund.
International Returns
