Q: Will the old BoxLunch App still work?

A: No, but you’ll be redirected to the new and improved version.

Q: Will my data and points roll over after updating?

A: Yes, all you have to do is log into your account!

Q: Do I have to reset my account username or password?

A: Don’t worry about it! Your account info will stay the same.

Q: Is Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store or Curbside Pickup available in the app?

A: Both services are now available in the BoxLunch App!

Q: Can I book a BL Reservations appointment in the app?

A: The Customer Service tab will redirect you to our mobile site, where you’ll find “BL Reservations” under the dropdown menu. From there, you can book an appointment in a snap!

Q: Are gift cards and BoxLunch Money coupons redeemable in the app?

A: Sure thing!

Q: Can I view my wishlist from the website in the app (or vice versa)?

A: Wishlists on the website and app are separate at the time.

Q: Is Apple Pay available in the app?

A: Apple Pay is currently unavailable in the app but stay tuned for future updates.

Q: If I have an older phone model, can I still download the app?

A: As long as you have the Apple iOS 13 (requires an iPhone 7 or later) or Android 5.0 Lollipop minimum system requirements, you can download the new BoxLunch App!
