BL Rewards is an awesome rewards program for the frequent BoxLunch shopper. There are no sign-up or membership fees, and your membership is valid in all BoxLunch stores as well as online at Earn points while you shop by letting store associates know you are a member at checkout, or logging in to your BL Rewards account online. BL Rewards Benefits and Tiers

There are three (3) tiers to the program: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. As a Silver member you earn 1 point for every $1 dollar spent at BoxLunch stores or on For every 100 points, you will receive a $5 reward. Plus, you’ll receive special rewards for your birthday and BL Rewards anniversary. The benefits don’t stop there! As a member, you’ll get exclusive access to special events and more.

Spend $100 in a calendar year, and you will reach Gold tier. As a Gold member, you earn 1.2 points per $1 dollar spent. You will also enjoy $5 birthday and anniversary rewards. You also will receive a $5 instant upgrade reward just for reaching this tier! Congratulations. You will still enjoy exclusive access to special events and more.

Spend $300 in a calendar year, and you will get upgraded to our exclusive Platinum tier. In addition to the great benefits you will receive as a BL Rewards member, Platinum tier earns 1.5 points for every $1 dollar spent. Additionally, you will enjoy a $10 instant upgrade reward, just for reaching Platinum status. Congratulations. Keep enjoying the perks of being a Platinum member by spending $300 each calendar year.

BL Rewards Points

Earn points while you shop. Provide your BL Rewards member number or phone number to a BoxLunch store associate at checkout or log into your account online to earn 1 point for every dollar you spend, or 1.5 points for every dollar if you are 5-Star Status. There is no maximum to how many points you can earn but keep in mind: points do expire if there are no purchases made on your account for thirteen (13) consecutive months.

Points will be deducted from your account for product returns. 1 point will be deducted for every $1 dollar you return. If there are not enough points available in your account, it will result in a negative point balance. Subsequent purchases will bring your status back to a positive balance.

BL Rewards

For Silver Tier, every $1 dollar you spend will earn you 1 point. For Gold Tier, every $1 dollar you spend will earn you 1.2 points. For Platinum Tier, every $1 dollar you spend will earn you 1.5 points. For every 100 points earned, you will get a $5 reward automatically, easy as that. You have forty-five (45) days from the date of issuance to redeem the reward. There is no maximum number of rewards you can earn and you can use multiple rewards in a single transaction. For in-store transactions, use as many rewards as you want. Online, you can use up to ten (10) rewards per transaction.

Birthday Rewards are sent via email on the 1st calendar day of your birthday month and are valid for forty-five (45) days. Anniversary Rewards are sent via email on the anniversary of your sign up date and are valid for forty-five (45) days.

Q: How will you use my contact information?

Q: Do Gold and Platinum members earn rewards differently?

A: No. For every 100 points, you will receive a $5 reward. Gold and Platinum members just earn rewards faster!

Q: Why aren’t my points showing up right away?

A: Points usually post within 48 to 72 hours but can take up to 5 days. For online purchases, points do not post until the order is shipped and your credit card is charged.

Q: I signed up during my birthday month. Where is my $5 Birthday Reward?

A: If you signed up after the 1st calendar day of the month, you will have to wait until the following year during your birthday month to receive the $5 Birthday Reward. BoxLunch sends out birthday rewards on the 1st calendar day of each month.

Q: Are there any exclusions when using or redeeming a reward?

A: Yes. Rewards cannot be used for gift cards, prior purchases, shipping, handling, taxes, or donations. Also, if you do not use your entire reward, you will forfeit the rest of the reward. For example: If your total purchase is $3 and you want to use a $5 reward to pay for it, you will forfeit the remaining $2 of your $5 reward. Rewards not used in entirety will not be given back as cash.

Q: Do my rewards and points expire?

A: Yes. Issued rewards expire 45 days after the date of issuance and points expire if there is no activity made on your account for 13 consecutive months.

Q: What happens to my reward if I make a return?

A: Rewards cannot be returned. We will refund the amount you paid for the transaction, but you will not get your reward back.
