Horrible quality
This was awful. My daughter says it's the least satisfying puzzle she's ever done. As others experienced, there was a problem so that the two halves of the puzzle didn't match. The colors were muted and the shapes all the same, so assembly was painstaking. And she ended up with an extra corner piece. Altogether the poorest quality puzzle she's done, and she's done a lot

Great concept, poor execution
Received this for Christmas and was so excited to put it together. Same problems as other reviewers - there's a ripple down the middle of the puzzle where the printing on the pieces is duplicated (e.g. my "Helm's Deep" has two 's and Fangorn has half of a second "a") and the pieces do not fit easily along the seam (although it made the center of the puzzle easier to put together - I could sort by the bent pieces). I also have 11 (Eleven!) missing pieces. I might blame myself for one or two lost pieces, but eleven? No way with the sorting trays and table setup I have. Additionally, there are two pieces that look like they are from a puzzle with a markedly different dye lot or perhaps a different puzzle altogether. Pieces are only 2 shapes so the pattern was easy to predict, but color palette is beastly and you have to hold joined pieces up to the light to see if they actually fit. Picture on the box is small and there's no bigger version inside to help. I thought about reordering it but will not based on the reviews here. Altogether a huge disappointment after 10+ weeks of my leisure time working on it.

Worst puzzle I've ever purchased
This puzzle was clearly not designed with any creativity, or any form of quality control. Everything is the same color and the same shape, and the only reference image is on the box. I would have expected a poster to be included. The colors are inconsistent and it's generally miserable to work on.

Impossipuzzle... no wait, that was easier
I love puzzling but this product is straight up terrible. At this size, you need a much larger reference photo - at least the size of the box, ideally a folded mini-poster. The pieces themselves are a nightmare - not only is the color palette extremely muted, but there are countless pieces that fit together when they don't actually GO together. My family, big puzzlers, spent countless hours attempting this and at most, got 90% of the edges, and a few features (the compass and "Middle Earth" segment) completed, before putting the segments back in the box.
I've done Impossipuzzles, but they work because the pieces are unique. At this size and # of pieces, with the undifferentiated palette and art, you NEED that. Seriously, I want my money back.
