This cup is exactly what the description states. It's only disappointing that you are not able to utilize your box lunch money/reward when purchasing this item which is why I gave it 4 our of 5 stars.

Does not keep the drink hot as advertised. In the description it states up to 8hrs for hot. 45 mins to an 1 hr 1/2 max
