Manufacturer sliced the tabs for other people and for my two journals I paid for. I am disappointed at the fact that others have the same review complaint. Also disappointed Hot Topic team did not notice or care enough to notice as they package your order that the tabs are visibly sliced in half. Sailor Venus was the only one to be Slashed though in my case. I ordered two journals and both came the same way. Hoping Hot Topic can help out with this. Will have to go in store now to see if I even have the possibility of exchanging for non-sliced ones. I love the design and everything just disappointed to have received it this way...

Awesome journal but disappointed with delivery
Super cute journal it's so adorable but my rating was based on how it was delivered or packed once I received it and opened it the characters bookmarked both sailor mars and Sailor mercury were chopped in half ugh sad since I love it and two of the cute chibi characters come cut in half nor cool don't usually do returns was complementing returning it but it was a gift I got myself for my bday just be careful when ordering could come damaged

Cute but…
This notebook is super cute. However, I bought three of them. Two of them arrived with most of the tabs sliced in half. I have no idea how this happened since they were packaged in plastic. Customer service was great and are sending replacements. I just hope they arrive not damaged.

It’s super cute came broken
I love all things Sailor Moon so I fell i love with this journal the moment I saw it but idk what happened during manufacturing or shipping that Sailor Jupitar’s had is cut similar to another person’s journal but Sailor Venus is cut off on their’s. Highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend because it seems to be a repeat offense
