Cute, but not a good buy.
I ordered on line and as soon as I opened the box, the entire thing fell apart into 4 pieces. It was also much smaller than expected.

Too Light
The hammer was smaller and lighter than expected. The studs used for pounding and flattening are tiny and almost nonexistent. Cool in theory, not cool in application.

This Hammer is NOT WORTHY
This hammer is not worthy. The hammer looks okay but is hollow aluminum and too light to be a good tenderizer. The rubber grip covering the aluminum shaft handle is not secured by any means so it just freely slides about. The hammer isn't good enough to be a show piece and it isn't functional.

Love the idea! Got 4. Opened one so far - broken.
Bought 4 as gifts. Only one of the people getting one has opened them so far, and the rubber handle wasn't attached to the metal underneath it. Past my 30 day return window, so we're stuck trying to glue it and now I'm worried the others will be duds as well. Thought the idea was great, so keeping my fingers crossed I'm not embarrassed 3 more times.

I would have rated this higher but I haven't been able to properly use it. Apparently I'm not worthy because I haven't been able to lift it from my front porch where it was delivered.

The hammers cute and well made but a little light for a meat tenderizer. It works more for decoration then utility, but still super cute.
