Bag is cute and large, but poor quality
My husband got me this bag for my birthday at the end of Septmber and though it's larger than most, I've had nothing but issues with it. The zippers are POOR quality and come undone. And the stitching on the top near Jack's head is already coming undone making a small hole. For an $80 bag, I expected better. I own 5 Loungefly bags and this is definitely a first!

Very unique Loungefly backpack
I love this backpack! It’s bigger and roomier than the typical mini backpacks, and I’ve been using it for over a month now with no problems. Zippers work fine, and the chenille patches look so cute.

Zipper will mess up with time!!
Bought this bag in store because it was unique and bigger then most bags. I have had nothing but problems with the zIpper. It would get stuck because it would seperate in areas. Many times I was able to get it unstuck. However it has now got stuck and I cannot get it to go any further. Sucks cause I only carried it for maybe 2 months. Will definitely never by a lougefly made with material where it causes the zipper to get lumpy.

Cute bag, horrible features
Bought the bag for my daughters 18th birthday. Adorable. Super spacious inside. She loved it! However she went to use it and the zipper tags popped off. Then the one zipper decided to pop open In The middle. Zipper kept buckling and popping open just picking the bag up. If it’s just gonna sit on a shelf it’s a cute bag, but as far as using it be very careful.

It’s a good looking bag and that’s it
I bought the bag and didn’t use it for a few days, I finally use it and the Zipper had an issue of it opening up at random. I took it back to the store and the let me exchange it for another style bag. They mentioned to me it’s been a known issue with this NBC bag in particular.

Zipper kept breaking
I bought the bag 1 month ago and the zipper had broke so I exchanged it same bag just newer and zipper broke too I had to give up and get a different bag. Very sad since it was so cute
