The product is awesome. Box Lunch's mailing isn't.
I ordered the purse for my girlfriend for Mother's Day. It was one of those things she saw once and told me about it, but forgot. I remembered it and ordered. First of all, it took two weeks to come. I really don't blame BL because most of that is on the carrier. The problem is that it came in a poly mailer. You should not mail anything costing $80+ in a poly, especially something that can be damaged. Of course it came damaged too. The white had black scuff marks and there were minor/severe gouging on the metal handle. The only reason I did not return it was because my girlfriend absolutely loved it, flaws and all. So the product is awesome. Box Lunch's mailing isn't.

Potter Fan Approved & Must Have
Work at the airport passenger came through security with this bag the minute I got my break I went to order it! That’s how fabulous and unique the purse is. The Hallows symbol caught my eye then I noticed the wand. Loungefly box lunch must listen to reviews as my purse came in a box not a bag as previous reviews packaged nicely. Inside of plastic bag that was inside of a the box. So happy ordered when I did completely out of stock. You know it’s a good buy when has all good reviews. Inside has pockets snaps together to close purse additional strap for carrying!

Cute Purse, but Terrible Packaging
This purse is really darn cute! I was in love with it when I saw it so I just had to have it! However, I do have some concerns I would like to point out for future buyers and for the Box Lunch company for future changes:
1. For $80, I do have some lose threads on the bag (pictured below).
2. There is also a small mark on the back of the bag, but I don’t want to go through the trouble to send it back because it is so small, but I still thought I would mention it.
3. Lastly, the way this purse was delivered to me was HORRENDOUS. It was sent in a mailer like the ones from Amazon, wrapped in brown paper, and finally fitted with a plastic sleeve. I’m shocked the purse isn’t badly dented or ruined. I would highly recommend Box Lunch send their items, especially $80 purses, in actual shipping BOXES, not flat mailers with no bubble wrap or anything.
*last thing! I received with my purse a coupon for $30 off $60, however the coupon was already expired when the purse arrived to me... just keep that in mind. I don’t plan to buy from this website again, so I don’t want to coupon but let’s say I wanted to use it for the holidays... I can’t.

I don’t typically use purses but this is a must!
This bag is amazing! The detail and craftsmanship is superb! I always get compliments. I love that it can be shoulder or hand carried, it’s also very spacious. Love love love it!

Perfect purse
This product was perfect! I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend, she’s a huge Harry Potter fan. She absolutely loved it and plans on getting one of each color. The quality was amazing and she really loved the design on the inside of the purse. Would buy again 100%

I purchased this in April as an early birthday gift for my sister's September birthday... It is now days before her birthday and I have received yet another email saying it is being backordred, this time with no future date in sight. This is frustrating, as it is not a cheap product and I specifically ordered 4 months early during COVID just to avoid this issue. I hope it is a nice purse, and that I eventually receive it.
