First BoxLunch Order Didn't Disappoint
I started collecting POP! figures recently and found out BoxLunch sold them from a friend. An Iron Man figure was definitely on my list. I was concerned that when ordering it, there was a chance for the box to get dented or the plastic to rip, but none of that happened! The box the figure was in was wrapped entirely in bubble wrap and was in pristine condition. The staff at the store I where I picked up my order were friendly and didn't keep me waiting. BoxLunch really takes care of their customers looking for quality collectibles.

Scuffed, dinged and other such words
After regularly reloading the site on a daily basis this item became available.
Set it for store pickup, picked it up yesterday and noticed that the pop was dinged and scratched and had pits on the crimson head.
And the golden front of the face had a blotch/scuff.
Called for an exchange but they say they have no more.
I'm sad.

Iron man pop after endgame
I bought the exclusive iron man pop after seeing avengers endgame. I had a few worries about delivery because I wasn’t home when it was delivered but it was put in my postal locker instead of at my front door so I was relieved and satisfied. The box came in perfect condition. Boxlunch never disappoints.

Damaged/Scratches
Well honestly I was expecting a lot I am personally collecting every single one and as soon as I picked it up at first glance the glare covered the scratches. I had got home and was disappointed when I put it under lighting and saw the scratch I hope I could get a replacement just sent for free no hassle.
Overall though this is the first item BoxLunch has ever messed up on or it could be shipping/manufacturers I would still recommend to buy/shop at BoxLunch amazing clothing btw.
