BL Reservations is a safe and time-efficient shopping reservation system that allows you to book an in-store shopping appointment ahead of time online.

How do I book a shopping reservation?

1. Reserve a spot here by choosing a time and store location that’s most convenient for you.

2. Check your inbox—we’ll send you an email confirmation with your reservation details.

3. Check in with the BoxLunch greeter upon arrival at the specified store. Shop safely!

Q: Am I guaranteed early access to street dated products with my reservation?

A:Reservations cannot be used for the purpose of early access to Funko Pop! figures or any other limited supply, street-dated product. Access to Pop!s or other street-dated merchandise will be managed by the store team directly, not through our booking reservation system. BoxLunch reserves the right to cancel reservations.

Q: How many guests are allowed to book a single reservation?

A: At this time, booking is limited to one guest per reservation.

Q: Is there a fee to book a shopping reservation?

A: No, booking a reservation is 100% free!

Q: Do children count as reservation guests?

A: Children over the age of 5 count as reservation guests.

Q: Are there a maximum number of reservations I can book?

A: Guests are allowed to book one reservation per day.

Q: How long does it take for my shopping reservation to be booked?

A: After securing your reservation, keep an eye out for a confirmation email from us within the next few minutes.

Q: How far in advance can I book my reservation?

A: Guests are able to book their reservation up to seven days in advance of their shopping experience.

Q: Do I need to show my reservation to get in the store?

A: Please do, having your confirmation on hand will ensure a quick and smooth check-in.

Q: What do I do if I’m running late?

A: Guests are encouraged to contact their store team ASAP if they are running late to their reservation. Please note that appointments expire 15 minutes after the start time.

Q: How do I cancel my reservation?

A: Guests will be able to cancel their reservation through a link in their reservation confirmation email.

Q: Do I need a reservation to pick up my online orders or to exchange/return items?

A: A reservation is not required, but recommended to help speed up your checkout process.

Q: Will I not be allowed in the store if I do not have a reservation?

A: Guests are welcome to visit our stores without a reservation. However, there may be a brief wait time during peak shopping hours.

Q: Will there be a separate line for reservations & walk-ins?

A: Yes, there will be separate lines for reservations and walk-in guests.
